----------CLASS RULES--------
<>PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND HEALTH >
Students can receive daily physical
education
points by participation, dressing out, attitude, and being on time.
(not
dressing out -6pts.) (not participating
-18 pts.) If absent you lose all daily
points. (Absent -6 pts.) Part of the points can be made-up when absent
if the
student checks with the teacher upon returning to school.
PHYSICAL
EDUCATION: If you have
any
medical
problems let your teacher know. If you
are injured
during class let your teacher know
immediately. Notes should have the date,
student’s
name, parent’s signature and reason
for not participating.
LOCKER ROOM:
The Locker Room will be opened before school and locked up if
not a P.E.
day.
You must be in the Locker Room before the tardy bell rings
Keep your locker or basket LOCKED, with valuable items locked
up.
Lost locks will be on my desk, please ask for them.
Don’t be in the locker room without
permission.

Stay in
the locker room until dismissed from class. >
Don’t take pictures in the Locker
Room.
Don’t put anything in the stool that
is not suppose to be in
there.
<>P.E. CLOTHES:
Cannot be anything you or anyone else wear to school.
All clothes must meet school dress code requirements. >
Shorts (or sweatpants), T-shirt, white socks, and tennis shoes.
<>HEALTH: Always bring Student Agenda,
pencil
(tests must be taken in pencil) and paper to class.
You
must have a Health folder and keep this paper in it.>
First and last name should be on all papers.
Chapter notes should be on (8 1/2” x 11”) paper.

GRADING:
The more points that you earn the better your grade.
>Grading scale is in the Student Agenda.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR AND CLASS RULES: >
1.
Follow directions and observe safety rules.
2.
Stay in seat during class unless directed otherwise.
3.
Raise hand and be recognized before speaking.
4. Be
in class on time with appropriate materials.
5.
Keep hands, feet and other objects to yourself.
6.
Be
responsible for school property (desks, books, and equipment).
7. Put
your name on all valuable items.
8.
Do
not take anything from the “LOST and FOUND” unless it belongs to you.
<>CONSEQUENCES:
1.
Name on the board or verbal warning. >
2.
Written assignment, due at the beginning of the next day’s class.
3.
Isolation
4.
Call parent.
5.
Student will be sent to the Principal.
<>
SEVERE DISRUPTION:
Student is sent immediately to the Principal.
Examples: fighting, disrespect of authority, total disruption of
class,
etc. >
POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT:
Verbal praise, stars, ribbons, certificates,
or candy.
