It will be your job to work in teams to:

  • discuss places they have traveled in Missouri
  • pick one place in Missouri they would like to visit and complete a travel brochure
  • research facts about the geographical landforms of Missouri through Trackstar (if the Internet is not available use textbooks, books, Atlas, or Encyclopedias)
  • compare and contrast a city from a rural community using MS Publisher Venn diagram template
  • share your brochure about the place you went to in Missouri
  •  listen to the fun filled facts about each different place students traveled to and admire each groups brochures.
After receiving a wealth of information about the specific places students traveled in Missouri, students will work on creating a three dimensional model and plot these cities on their three dimensional Missouri map.
