SPACE STUDY
In December we are studying Space! This is always a fun unit.
Sometime in Janurary we will have a "Space Walk." We'll send more
info. later, but your student can start saving empty 2 liter soda bottles,
old dryer hoses, white trash bags, etc. to make a space suit! |
RESPONSIBILITY
Please help your child learn the value of being responsible by reminding
them to do the following:

Monday - Bring back Friday Folder - signed

Tuesday - Bring back Agenda - signed & wear Tiger T-shirt

Daily - Study D.O.G. each evening and be ready to answer questions the
next day.

Study spelling at home and be prepared for the test on Friday.

When homework is assigned, bring it back completed the next day.

PLEASE NOTE CHANGES:
Starting the first week in January, there will be NO bonus
words on spelling tests. All 20 words will be counted as
regular words.
We also will be writing mostly in cursive to prepare for4th grade.
When students enter 4th grade, they are expected to be able to do all their
work in cursive. |
